Bob--

Since I first began receiving your newsletter I've enjoyed the fact
that we share an appreciation for the Four Tops.

The last time I saw them Live was in the 80s at the Fox Theater here in
St. Louis. They were performing with the Temptations. We were
anticipating greatness that evening. We were really going to see the
Temptations and felt it was something of a bonus that the Four Tops were there.

The Temps were fantastic..as expected. But, the Tops... well, they were flat-out better. Wow!! So much energy..so much power..such great
music.

Agree this ranks up there with the passing of Hendrix, Morrison and other people ahead of their times musically.
